Royalton Park Avenue, New York

I found the hotel to be a mix of highs and lows. On the upside, it has an amazing rooftop bar with incredible views and spacious rooms that set it apart from most NYC hotels. However, the ongoing construction during my stay made it hard to relax, and there were some significant issues like the lack of hot water which detracted from my overall experience.

While the hotel boasts a great central location, the overall experience fell short in several areas. The rooms are spacious but not without issues, such as missing amenities and questionable maintenance. The service was adequate but lacked a personal touch, particularly during check-in. Dining options were limited, and some facilities could benefit from improvements to meet guest expectations.

Our stay at this hotel was simply wonderful! The combination of spacious rooms and a fantastic rooftop pool made it a memorable experience. The location was very convenient for exploring New York City, and the ambiance at the rooftop bar is absolutely delightful. However, during our visit, the noise from the rooftop bar did detract from the tranquility we hoped for in the evenings.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the spacious rooms were well maintained and the customer service was exceptional, especially with staff members who provided great assistance. On the downside, despite being well-stocked, I was disappointed to find that there was no drip coffee available, and the dining experience could use improvement, especially during busy times. Overall, it was a decent stay but there are areas that need attention.

I had an overall mixed experience at the hotel. While the room I was in was spacious and beautifully decorated, it was marred by significant construction noise throughout the day, which was quite disruptive. Additionally, the situation with the hot water was very inconvenient, as I had to skip showers on multiple mornings. Despite these issues, the location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city.
