the hotel have a rooftop pool! it was really fun swimming. i like the rooms a lot because they have a lot space for me. the bed was a comfy cloud, i slepted very good.

the staff was nice and helpful. that met my expectations.
The pillows were flat and new pillows that arrived were also flat. the bed felt uncomfortable. I think the mattress was old. the bathroom caulking had mold around the tub.

the rooftop lounge was A disaster. staff were incompetents and the service was slow. there were broken glass on the floor. i told the waiter and he said change your table!

Decent Hotel, but Issues Exist
dirty sheetshidden fee
I found some problems . The sheets on the pull-out couch seemed old and had stains. That was not pleasant at all. Then, the hotel charged me $100 per day for using the sofa. I wasn't told about this fee beforehand, so it felt unfair. the room key stopped working every day. I had to go back to the lobby each time, it was frustrating.

a decent experience overall
rooftop poolfriendly conciergemissing balconystained sheets
the rooftop pool was a great benefit. the pool attendants were friendly and made it a pleasant place for relaxation after sightseeing. the concierge, eric, was very helpful with all our questions. he was happy to provide assistance.
i stayed in a manhattan suite and was told there would be a balcony. upon arrival, i learned the room did not include this amenity. i found the pull out couch sofa with old sheets that had brown stains. this was an unpleasant surprise.
